Privacy Policy

For your own privacy and safety protection, Tea Blossom will not sell, rent or disclose your personal information to any third party unless compelled to do so by legal process. If for any reason you would like to remove your name from our mailing list, you can do so at any time.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with any purchase, you may return it for a replacement or money will be refunded for the unopened item(s) within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise.

In order to process your return and ensure proper credit to your account, please indicate the reason for your return on the invoice which was included in the original shipment. Please retain a copy for your records and carefully re-pack the products in the original packaging materials we used to ship the item(s) to you and return to the following address.

Please note all food or loose-leaf teas are not returnable for sanitary and health reasons.

Please send returns prepaid and insured by UPS or parcel post and retain the receipt for tracking in case we do not receive your return.

All prices quoted on this site are in US Dollars. Tea Blossom LLC reserves the right to discontinue or change specifications on products without prior notice.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Tea Blossom LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products. All damages are limited to the actual cost of the product purchased.

The law governing all transactions occurring on this site is the law of New York State. All claims/controversies must be brought to a count of competent jurisdiction in Westchester county, New York.

Payment

There is no sales tax on tea. All in-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days upon receipt of an order. For international orders, please email us the order and we will find out the shipping rate for you.
